Quite small & old airport but does the job.
My friend lost his passport. Airport staff although very busy quickly directed us to the airport police. These guys were so friendly and reassuring. They were able to find the passport and return it to my friend in less than a 1 hour. Well done. Great airport.
The airport itself is nice, very clean most people who work there are nice. MOST OF THEM! My only main complaint would be the money exchange. I exchange some dollars just to realize the next day that they give me 1zł less then every one else there for for each $100 I got its 100 zł less then most other places in other places. Exchange what you need for taxi and the rest in other places in the city.
I'm not sure if it's appropriate to review an airport. It's not as if you choose an airport, if you want to visit a country or city, you fly to the relevant airport.
It was good, the plane landed, we got through passport control sand customs without a hitch.
The passport personnel didn't smile, what did you expect?
Good sized airport to get around fairly quickly. Signage to the exit / collect luggage when leaving aircraft could be improved - a bit of intuitive guess needed before you hit the first signs.
