A very modern city with huge shopping centres and public transport links very accessible. A great mix of ultra modern and antique, skyscrapers, Soviet era buildings and traditional churches

Reasonably efficient, but as Poland's capital station you could be forgiven for expecting a basic level of english from the ticket sellers. Platform no. is NOT written on your ticket although pretty much everything else is. The platform numbering system is weird with both track numbers and platform numbers when one number would suffice, or a number and a letter. Also there are sectors. You might need to be on track 4 platform 3, sector 2, but find yourself in sector 4 track 3 platform 2. The electronic signage is good however, and it is relatively tidy.

Everything is well organized, it is the main transportation hub in Warsaw. From here you can take trains to all major cities in Poland and also the train to the airport. There are a lot of coffee shops and fast food restaurants. The information on the big screens are accurate

Extremely clean and the best, the employees are very very helpful and friendly. Even though I don’t speak or understand a word in Polish I was able to find my way easily the first time I was there. Their signs are very helpful too.

The main gateway to Warsaw by train, Warsaw Central is moderately sized, reasonably easy to navigate, and well kept. The station is clean, there are plenty of vendors- shops and restaurants. Seating on the platform is limited, and in the winter the train station is freezing cold. There is limited signage and assistance in English. Trains are usually on time and seem to always arrive at the predicted platform. It's not Japan, but Warszawa Centralna is lightyears ahead of some of stations I had to put up with in the USA.
